My friend Barb has the most beautiful beach house and invited some of us for the weekend. Of course, quilting, sewing, lounging in pjs and eating snacks was included. I have always been an early riser, but 2 of the gals usually were up before me. They had their beverage in hand and were getting ready for tackling the next quilting step. There were quilts being finished, quilts being started and bags being made. It was FUN! The ocean was visible from the house, but walking on the beach was fabulous, sweatshirt weather and there is something about the air and smell that I love. I should also mention that the house was clean before we arrived and we cleaned it up before we left, but in between, well one can see.
